No. We take privacy seriously. All image processing happens locally in your browser using WebAssembly. Your raw files never leave your device, and we never see what you convert.

Yes! A standard Pro license covers up to 3 personal devices. You can use the same License Key to activate GetWebP on your MacBook, Windows desktop, and work laptop simultaneously.

No mandatory account is required. You can simply purchase a License Key and activate it in the extension. However, we recommend linking your email during checkout so you can recover your key if lost.

If you cancel, you will retain Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your extension will revert to the Free plan, but your local settings and presets will be saved.

Yes. Once the extension is installed (or the web app is cached), GetWebP works 100% offline. You can process images on a plane or in a remote area without an internet connection.

Yes, we offer a 7-day 'no-questions-asked' refund policy. If the tool doesn't fit your workflow, just send us your order ID via the contact form, and we'll process it immediately.
