Squoosh is a web app at squoosh.app: open the site, drag a file, adjust codec settings with a before/after slider, and download. GetWebP is a Chrome extension that adds a right-click menu for supported webpage image targets — right-click a supported image, pick "Save as WebP", and the converted file goes straight to your Downloads folder.
