Single Image Conversion
Convert a single image to WebP directly from the extension or context menu.
From the extension side panel#
- Click the GetWebP icon in your toolbar to open the side panel.
- Drag and drop an image, paste from clipboard (
Ctrl+V/Cmd+V), or use the file picker. - Adjust quality and format if needed, then download the result.
From the context menu#
Right-click any image on a webpage and select Quick Save as WebP. The converted file downloads immediately using your default quality settings — no UI required.
Use this method when you want a fast one-click conversion without adjusting any settings.
